Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 July 2026
These terms govern your use of SandraOps ("the Service"), operated by TSD Shipmanagement ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
SandraOps is a workspace for outbound sales. It searches for companies, collects publicly available contact data, analyses company websites, prepares personalised outreach messages using AI, sends email through a mailbox you connect, and — where enabled for your workspace — places telephone calls with an AI voice agent. Results are stored in your workspace with the evidence they were derived from.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and confirm it. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One account belongs to one workspace (organization); your data is scoped to that workspace and is not visible to other customers.
We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms, to send unlawful messages, or to abuse the Service or its providers.
3. Credits, payment and refunds
The Service is sold as credits. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. You buy a pack of credits with a one-time payment, and credits are deducted as work is performed:
- finding a company, collecting its contacts, running the AI analysis and preparing a message each cost credits, at the rates shown on your Billing page;
- sending email costs no credits — it goes through your own mailbox;
- calls are billed per minute at the rate for the destination country, shown before the call starts.
Credits are only deducted when the work completes successfully. Credits do not expire. Purchased credits are not transferable between workspaces and have no cash value.
Refunds. If a payment completes and the credits are not added to your balance, contact [email protected] and we will either credit the balance or refund the payment in full. Beyond that, unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, less any credits already spent. Credits that have been spent are not refundable, because the underlying provider costs have already been incurred. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details.
Credit prices and per-action credit costs may change. Changes apply to future purchases and future spending, never retroactively to credits already on your balance.
4. Your responsibilities when contacting people
This is the part that matters most. The Service prepares outreach; you decide who receives it and you send it. You are the sender and, for the personal data of the people you contact, you are the data controller.
You agree that you will:
- have a lawful basis for contacting each recipient, and comply with the marketing, e-privacy and anti-spam rules that apply where you and the recipient are located (including GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive, CAN-SPAM and equivalent laws);
- send only from a mailbox and a sending domain you are authorised to use, and describe your business truthfully;
- honour unsubscribe requests and do-not-contact status, and not contact anyone who has opted out;
- obtain any consent required to place or record a call before using the voice agent, and comply with call-recording law in the recipient's jurisdiction;
- not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing or high-volume untargeted messaging.
Every message the Service sends carries an unsubscribe link and standard unsubscribe headers. Removing or defeating them is a breach of these terms.
5. AI-generated content
Search results, company analyses and draft messages are produced by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. They are drafts for you to review, not statements of fact. You are responsible for reviewing what you send. Do not rely on the Service's output as legal, financial or professional advice.
6. Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties including OpenAI, Google, web-search providers, Twilio and Stripe. Their availability and results are outside our control. Connecting your own mailbox (Gmail OAuth, SMTP or IMAP) authorises us to send and read mail on your behalf for the purposes of the Service; you can disconnect it at any time in Settings.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uptime, and we may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice and refund unused credits.
8. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or for consequences of messages or calls you chose to send.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your workspace at any time by writing to [email protected].
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Questions: [email protected].
